AI Agents & Assistants
Assistants that can use approved tools, process information and handle defined tasks within clear permissions.
I build AI solutions that go beyond a chat window. From agents and automation to APIs, WordPress extensions and complete platforms, I connect AI with the systems, data and workflows that actually matter to your business.
The architecture follows the process, not the hype. Some projects need one precise integration; others require a platform with multiple services, permissions, data sources and AI components.
Assistants that can use approved tools, process information and handle defined tasks within clear permissions.
Connect recurring work with AI, rules, approvals and existing systems to create controlled end-to-end workflows.
Connect AI with websites, databases, CRM systems, booking tools and third-party services through APIs and purpose-built connectors.
Custom WordPress plugins, backend functions, API integrations and AI-enabled features designed around the actual business process.
Booking systems, customer portals, internal dashboards and bespoke web applications built as complete digital systems.
Local or controlled self-hosted AI for confidential data, internal documents and privacy-sensitive workflows.
The model is only one component. Reliable systems also need permissions, interfaces, rules, quality checks, observability and a clear definition of what actions an AI system is allowed to perform.
An AI assistant can prepare changes in an existing website, version the code and trigger tests. Production deployment only happens inside a defined approval and rollback process.
AI can be visible in the interface or operate entirely in the background as one component of a larger system.
I do not start with a specific AI tool. I start with the task, data, users, risks and desired outcome, then select the architecture, models and interfaces that fit.
Define goals, data sources, users, existing systems and the level of automation required.
Plan models, APIs, data storage, permissions, hosting and system boundaries.
Build iteratively, test real workflows and include error cases, approvals and recovery paths.
Release in a controlled way and prepare monitoring, documentation, maintenance and future development.
Not every use case belongs in a public cloud. For privacy-sensitive work I can design local or controlled self-hosted architectures with defined data flows, access permissions and internal knowledge sources. Legal compliance still depends on the actual data, providers, contracts and infrastructure used.
AI projects can be delivered remotely or include on-site workshops and implementation phases in the UK, the US or other markets when direct collaboration is useful.
